Rinnai in commercial buildings
Rinnai is one of the two tankless brands we install most, and for commercial work its strength is scalability: multiple units can be manifolded and controlled as one system, firing only the units the demand needs. Condensing models vent in PVC and recover heat from the flue, which keeps fuel costs down on buildings that run hot water all day.

It depends on peak flow and incoming water temperature. We calculate it from your fixtures and dishwashing load and size the rack with headroom.
