Progressive started in Durham. The Woodall family opened the company on Cheek Road in 1983 as a family-owned commercial plumbing business, and that office is still open today at 3105 Cheek Road on the northeast side of town. Four decades later the company has grown into plumbing, heating and air, and electrical for homes and businesses, but Durham is where our roots are.

We work across the city: the tobacco-era homes of Old West Durham and Trinity Park, the mid-century neighborhoods off Hope Valley Road, the townhomes around Southpoint, and the new construction pushing north toward Falls Lake.
