Sewer repair without the backhoe
Older Triangle homes were plumbed with clay, cast iron or Orangeburg sewer lines, and all three eventually crack, shift or fill with roots. The traditional fix is to dig up the line, and the driveway, the patio and the mature trees along the way. Trenchless sewer repair installs a new, jointless pipe inside the old one through an existing cleanout or a single small access point.
How it works
- Camera inspection finds the break and confirms the pipe can be lined.
- Cleaning with high-pressure jetting and root cutters clears the line to sound pipe.
- Lining: a resin-saturated liner is installed and cured in place, forming a new pipe that seals cracks and shuts roots out for good.
